What are the shipping options and how long will my order take to arrive?

Currently we use USPS and can ship to USA for standard rates. International shipping is on a case by case basis. If product is in stock, it will ship within 1 business day of ordering.

How do I know what size apparel or gear to order?

Clothing sizes are standard US sizing. Training gear is also standard US sizing or by weight. If you have questions, please feel free to text or email and we'll get back to you right away to clarify.

What’s the return policy if something doesn’t fit or meet my expectations?

30 days, exchanges/refunds, customer pays return shipping.

How do I access my coaching or training program after purchase?

If your course is fully digital, you'll receive instructions via email or in the receipt on access. instructions. If it's an interactive coaching program, you'll receive a text or email directly from Coach Johnson or the trainer of the course to set up the program.
